This Privacy Policy explains how Anyon Computing Inc. and its affiliate Anyon Technologies Pte Ltd (together, “Anyon”, “we”, “us”) collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit anyoncomputing.com(the “Site”), contact us, or apply for a role. It does not cover the separate Quantum Portal, which has its own terms and privacy notice.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us.When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, optional company name, subject, and your message. When you apply for a role we collect the details you submit — typically your name, contact details, résumé/CV, cover letter, and the position you are applying for.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in logs used to operate and secure the Site.
  • Cookies. The public Site does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are used only for our secured content-management area and for content preview; they are not used to profile visitors.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
  • To evaluate and administer job applications.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where required by law (for example, in the EEA/UK), we rely on the following legal bases: your consent; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and responding to enquiries; taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (for recruitment); and compliance with legal obligations.

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf — for example our cloud hosting provider (Google Cloud) and our email-delivery provider — under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Anyon operates in the United States and Singapore, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with applicable law.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Recruitment materials are retained for a reasonable period to support our hiring process and then deleted unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, EEA/UK residents under the GDPR, and Singapore residents under the PDPA. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be made prominent on this page.
