These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of anyoncomputing.com(the “Site”), operated by Anyon Computing Inc. and its affiliate Anyon Technologies Pte Ltd (together, “Anyon”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational purposes. You may view and use it for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.
- Introduce malware, or scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means except as permitted by our robots policy.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, diagrams, images, and software — are owned by Anyon or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “Anyon”, the Anyon mark, and related names and logos are trademarks of Anyon. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site; no other rights are granted.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party sites and services — including the Quantum Portal and NVIDIA CUDA-Q resources — which are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

The Site may describe Anyon’s technology roadmap, performance targets, and future plans (for example, qubit-count and deployment milestones). These are forward-looking statements that reflect current expectations and involve risks and uncertainties; they are not promises or guarantees, and actual results may differ.
